| If someone were to tell me that Capcom considered releasing Mega Man 9 under the title “Mega Man: Back to the Future,” I might not be too quick to roll my eyes. After all, a stupid name (and potential lawsuit bait) wouldn’t be too surprising coming from a publisher that has made all the right moves in running the series into the ground. The title would also convey the fact that the latest game could have essentially been created back in the Reagan era. It certainly feels like it. |
